In my 20 + plus years of practicing Chiropractic, I have had hundreds of patients tell me that they came down with fewer colds in the winter. In fact, I was a researcher in a longitudinal study that found that thousands of patients reported fewer winter colds, and generally shorter and less severe bouts of colds and flu and other winter ailments.
This study also found that in general, people reported a decrease in most problems related to the immune system, such as less suffering from allergies, asthma, and immune-related illnesses.
I had one patient tell me that after having pretty bad asthma since childhood, since coming to see me for gentle, stress-reducing chiropractic care for a while, she no longer needed her inhaler - after using one for almost 20 years!
This makes sense, as it appears that chiropractic may help support improved immune system function. It is closely connected to and influenced by the central nervous system.
So come on in and get your "immune boost" adjustments, and massage therapy, or reiki, or crania-sacral therapy.
CALL (617) 326-6025 TODAY. Who wants to spend extra days this winter in misery, unable to breathe normally, smell, taste, or get a good night's sleep?
