CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on therapy used to correct soft-tissue problems, ease chronic pain, promote emotional release, and to treat conditions like jaw pain, migraines, myofascial pain, anxiety, and ADHD. CST releases the body's connective tissue, called fascia. Often the root of our pain is from an old injury or structural imbalance that is tugging at our whole fascial system and our nerves.
